About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include answering calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and scheduling services. You’ll work closely with our Customer Care Specialists, Field Managers, and Technicians to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and Direct Calls: Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally. Address immediate customer needs or complaints.
  • Service Scheduling: Schedule services for customers and coordinate with field teams.
  • Customer Assistance: Resolve routine inquiries and provide accurate information about services and pricing.
  • Escalations: Transfer more complex issues to a Customer Care Specialists for in-depth support.
  • Account Management: Update customer accounts in our CRM system and ensure all information is accurate.
  • Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction or upcoming appointments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and MacOS.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Attitude: Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
