Your first visit will occur within 5 business days of us receiving payment information. Mow service will be scheduled on the same day each week depending on your location/neighborhood.
You will receive an email the day before your scheduled treatment visit, and your technician will send you a text message when en route to your property. Mowing will occur on the schedule you set up (weekly, bi-weekly, etc) on the same day each week.
You do not need to be home, but we ask that you leave gates unlocked (or provide us with codes if necessary) if you will not be home. Interior pest treatments will require an appointment time and an adult present at your home for your treatment.
After a treatment, you will receive a post email detailing services performed and any other additional details and/or instructions.
Bundle customers are drafted on the same date each month, starting the day after sign-up. Clients not on a Bundle are auto-drafted the day AFTER a service is performed.
We accept all major credit cards (includes a small processing fee) or ACH (Electronic Bank Draft). Your account information must be securely entered into the client portal prior to your first visit. A link to register for the client portal is provided in your welcome email.
Click 'forgot password' on the client portal login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you do not remember your user name, you can revisit your original welcome email and follow the link or send an email to email@example.com for assistance.
Select the BILLING tab at the top of your screen, or if using a mobile device, click the menu button on the top left corner and tap BILLING. You will see a box to add account information containing a + in the middle. Select the + to enter your account information.
- Credit cards may only be entered by following the secure link in your welcome email.
Invoices auto-generate after your service has been marked complete by your technician. Your invoices and work history can be found inside your client portal. You may also ask questions and request service through your portal.
We do not require contracts for our lawn care programs because we do not believe they are necessary.
If you are not completely satisfied, you can cancel anytime.
